Submission Instructions
1. All applicants must be at least 12 years old at time of submission.
2. Under 18 must have parental permission to submit.
3. All submissions must include full name, age, city and state, exact height, dress size, day time phone and/or cell number and recent photo(s).
4. We also accept submissions from male models.
5. You do not need to submit professional photos, snapshots are fine.
6. You will not receive a personal reply to your submission unless you are selected for further participation.
7. Terms and Conditions are subject to change at our discretion with or without notice.
8. Submissions are free at this time and no purchase is necessary as Seventeen Models does not charge to appear on this site, Seventeen Models has no involvement with any 'talent directories' on this site or any other site and Seventeen Models does not offer photo shoots, workshops, classes, training, etc.
9. Submit jpg images only. No .doc files, URL's, website links, etc. as our system cannot keep track of anything other than jpg image files.
10. Submission of photos or stats will be considered as your full acceptance of all Official Rules.

We will not have time to email back and forth trying to piece together missing stats and/or real world contact information so: full name, day time phone and/or cell number must be included with all submissions.
